Hi, I’m Soubhi. I help make the path home feel clear.
I’m a mortgage broker in Charlottetown, working with buyers across PEI and Nova Scotia. I especially enjoy helping first-time buyers understand what comes next and feel ready for each decision.
You should feel comfortable with every page you sign. I’ll explain it as many times as it takes.
I do this work because I want to see families buy their own home and have a stable place to call home. A new home is the start of a new chapter, where memories are made and a happy life can grow.

Options beyond your bank.
Your bank can only show you its own products, not what else is available to you. There may be better options out there, and I’ll help you find the one that fits.
Clear about cost.
I don’t want surprises, and neither do you. My services are free of charge. The only time there’s a fee is with alternative or private lending, and I’ll always talk that through with you first.
